1. Agreement
These terms govern use of PetCloset. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies to the license for the iOS app. These terms supplement the Standard EULA by setting out PetCloset-specific service conditions for accounts, user content, paid features, and related services; they do not replace the Standard EULA. If the two conflict regarding the license to use the iOS app, the Standard EULA controls.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service only for lawful purposes. A minor must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User content
You retain rights in photos, videos, and text you submit. You grant the operator only the permission needed to store, sync, process, display, and share content as part of the service. Submit only content you have the right to use.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Current prices, duration, tax, and purchase conditions appear in the App Store purchase flow.
Extra Creation Packs
Each account can create up to three Kurutto memories for free per calendar month. After the free allowance is used, one-time consumable Extra Creation Packs add 1, 3, or 5 additional creations. Unused pack credits do not expire while the account exists. One credit is consumed only when a new Kurutto is completed successfully; failed or canceled attempts do not permanently consume a credit. Saving, exporting, or sharing completed work does not consume another credit. Consumable credits are not included in Apple’s Restore Purchases flow and become unavailable after account deletion.
Monthly widget plans
Pet Frame and Family Pet Frame are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the Kurutto, Flip, and Battery Home Screen widgets. Family Pet Frame additionally supports Apple Family Sharing. Each family member selects and manages private photos and settings on their own iPhone.
Subscriptions renew each month until canceled. Purchases, renewals, plan changes, cancellations, refunds, and Family Sharing follow Apple’s terms and processes. Deleting the app or PetCloset account does not cancel a subscription. Eligible purchases can be checked again through Restore Purchases in the app.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account from Profile > Account & Data. Deleted content and unused consumable credits cannot be restored. Cancel any active subscription through your Apple ID before deleting the app or account if you do not want it to renew.
6. Acceptable use
Do not violate law or third-party rights, bypass security, misuse credentials, submit harmful data, interfere with operation, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or copy, resell, or exploit the service without permission.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in PetCloset software, design, logos, documentation, and other operator-provided materials belong to the operator or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights.
8. Changes, availability, and liability
We may change, suspend, or end features for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or other reasonable reasons. We work to provide the service responsibly, but availability and results cannot be guaranteed beyond what applicable law requires.
