Yes. You can register multiple pets and organise memories and stickers for each one.

Media needed to display, sync, retry, or process Kurutto and stickers is stored on PetCloset servers. Work is not deleted only because of its creation date; it remains until you delete the work or your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

PetCloset uses on-device image processing or a machine-learning model managed on PetCloset servers to refine backgrounds. We do not send your photos or videos to third-party generative AI services or use them to train AI models. Temporary background-removal files are deleted after processing.

The App Store purchase screen shows the current price, period, and contents before purchase. We do not publish prices that may change on this website.

Try Restore Purchases in Plan & Purchases in the app. One-time consumable credits are not included in Apple’s Restore Purchases flow; contact us if the reflected balance appears incorrect.

Yes. In the app, open Profile, then Account & Data. Deleted work and unused one-time consumable credits cannot be restored. If you have a recurring subscription, deleting the app or account does not cancel it; manage it through your Apple ID. See the Privacy Policy for details.
