Price
Tax-inclusive prices appear in the App Store purchase flow. Prices may change according to App Store price tiers, taxes, or currency conditions; the purchase screen is authoritative.
Additional charges
Internet access and data charges required to download and use the app are the user’s responsibility under their carrier or network agreement.
Payment and delivery
Payment is made through the Apple ID in-app purchase method shown by Apple and is charged at the time determined by Apple. Purchased service becomes available after Apple purchase information is reflected in PetCloset; network or App Store synchronization may cause a delay.
Extra Creation Packs
Each account may create up to three Kurutto memories for free per calendar month. After that allowance is used, Create 1 Extra 360 Spin, Create 3 Extra 360 Spins, and Create 5 Extra 360 Spins add the corresponding number of creations. These are one-time consumable products. Unused credits do not expire while the account exists.
One credit is consumed only when a new Kurutto is completed successfully. Failed or canceled attempts do not permanently consume a credit, and saving, exporting, or sharing completed work does not consume another credit. Unused credits are not included in Apple’s Restore Purchases flow and become unavailable after account deletion.
Monthly auto-renewable subscriptions
Pet Frame and Family Pet Frame are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the Kurutto, Flip, and Battery Home Screen widgets. Family Pet Frame also lets the purchase entitlement be shared through Apple Family Sharing. Each family member selects and manages their own photos and widget settings on their iPhone.
Unless canceled before the end of a subscription period, the subscription automatically renews for another period of the same length. The price, duration, and other conditions appear in the App Store purchase flow. Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app or PetCloset account does not cancel it. Eligible purchases can be checked again through Restore Purchases in the app.
Offer validity
If an offer is available only for a limited period, the applicable deadline appears in the App Store purchase flow.
Cancellation and refunds
Because the product is a digital service, returns or exchanges are generally unavailable after delivery, except where required by law or Apple’s terms. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s process where applicable.
Compatibility
An iPhone, a compatible iOS version, and internet access for relevant features are required. Supported versions and devices will appear on the App Store product page after release.
